FILE A WARRANTY CLAIM

Do not start warranty repair work until your claim is submitted and pre-authorized. Log into your account to file from eligible delivered orders with EP Protection coverage.

  1. Stop driving if you suspect a covered defect
  2. Take the vehicle to a Licensed Automotive Repair Facility
  3. Call tech support at 1-844-XPARTS-1 before any warranty work
  4. Log in and file from Account → Warranty with invoice and diagnosis docs
  5. Track review and resolution in your warranty hub (typically 2–3 business days)

WHO QUALIFIES?

  • Complete fitment verification on your order before checkout
  • Remanufactured units qualify for our strongest coverage tiers
  • Used engines and transmissions qualify when mileage is within program limits
  • All warranty work must be pre-authorized — call before repairs begin
  • Licensed Automotive Repair Facility (LARF) installation required on covered claims

Important: Continuing to drive after a known failure, skipping LARF installation, or performing unauthorized repairs can void coverage. When in doubt, call tech support before you proceed.
