Customer Service
Support customers after the sale with order updates, shipping questions, returns, and general account help. This role is ideal for someone who communicates clearly, stays organized, and keeps customers informed from order to delivery.
Warranty Support
Guide customers through warranty questions, required documents, claim updates, and next steps. This role requires attention to detail, strong judgment, and the ability to explain warranty policies clearly and professionally.
Operations
Supports product listings, inventory workflows, catalog accuracy, and order coordination across our automotive parts marketplace. Ideal for candidates who are detail-oriented and comfortable working across operations, e-commerce systems, and supplier data.
Vendor Operations
Builds relationships with vendors and helps identify quality used and remanufactured parts supply. Best for candidates with experience in auto parts, recycling, dismantling, wholesale sourcing, or inventory buying.
Vendor Success
Helps suppliers succeed on the EP Transmissions platform through onboarding, communication, listing quality, and performance support. Strong fit for someone who can combine account management with operational follow-through.
Customer Service
Guides customers through part selection, order questions, warranty concerns, and post-purchase support. Important for building trust in a category where clarity and responsiveness matter.
Technology
