File a Warranty Claim

Before You Begin

To file a warranty claim, log into your account and use the warranty hub for eligible delivered orders with Expedia Protection coverage.

Important: Do not start warranty repair work until your claim is submitted and pre-authorized. Call 1-844-XPARTS-1 if the vehicle is unsafe to drive.

Claim Process

  1. Log into your account
  2. Open Account → Warranty
  3. Select your delivered order
  4. Complete vehicle, installer, and diagnosis sections
  5. Upload installation receipt and odometer photo
  6. Submit for review (typically 2–3 business days)

What to Include

  • Detailed description of the problem and driving symptoms
  • Photos of the issue, odometer, and any fluid leaks or damage
  • Licensed shop installation invoice (required for reman coverage)
  • ASE diagnostic report with VIN, mileage, and DTC codes
  • Installer name, shop, phone, and address
