Quick answer
By using
Expedia Parts or placing an order, you agree to these Terms & Conditions. Review [store policies](/help-center/expedia-parts-store-policies) for returns, shipping, freight damage, and core charges before checkout.
1. Acceptance of terms
Use of this website and placement of an order constitute acceptance of these terms and our [Privacy & Security policy](/help-center/sr-05100-what-is-your-privacy-policy).
2. Who we are
Expedia Parts sells used and remanufactured engines, transmissions, and related drivetrain components online to customers in the United States.
3. Product information and fitment
We strive for accurate descriptions, photos, and pricing. Fitment depends on VIN, tags, and application data you provide. You are responsible for verifying fitment before install. Prices may change without notice until an order is confirmed.
4. Orders and payment
All orders are subject to acceptance, inventory availability, and successful payment authorization. We may refuse or cancel any order. Payment is processed through Authorize.net / Stripe — card data is not stored on our servers.
5. Shipping and delivery
Engines and transmissions ship via freight carrier. Delivery windows shown at checkout or in order confirmation are estimates. If we cannot ship within the stated time (or within 30 days when no time is stated), we will notify you and offer a revised date or prompt refund as required by the FTC Mail, Internet, or Telephone Order Merchandise Rule.
See [Shipping options, costs, and transit times](/help-center/he-05130-what-are-the-different-shipping-options-costs-and-transit-times).
6. Returns, cancellations, and restocking
Returns, cancellations, restocking fees, return freight, and freight-damage rules are defined in our [Return policy](/help-center/sr-03478-what-is-your-return-policy) and [Store policies](/help-center/expedia-parts-store-policies). 25% restocking may apply on eligible returns. Cancelled captured orders: $150 or 4% of order total, whichever is greater. Installed parts are not returnable except under warranty.
7. Core charges
Core deposits on remanufactured units are refundable when a rebuildable core is returned within the stated window. See [Core Return](/core-return).
8. Warranty
Written warranty terms depend on the value tier on your invoice. Marketing pages describe coverage categories — the invoice tier controls claim eligibility. See [Warranty](/warranty).
9. Limitation of liability
To the fullest extent permitted by law,
Expedia Parts is not liable for indirect, incidental, special, consequential, or punitive damages. Our liability for any claim relating to a product or order is limited to the amount you paid for that product, except where prohibited by law.
10. Disputes and governing law
These terms are governed by applicable
United States law. Disputes are handled under the governing law and venue stated in your order confirmation and invoice unless consumer protection law in your state requires otherwise.
11. Sales tax

Center: [Do I have to pay sales tax?](/help-center/sr-04500-do-i-have-to-pay-sales-tax)
12. Changes
We may update these terms. The Last updated date below reflects the current version. Continued use after changes constitutes acceptance.
