Designs internal automations across support, operations, content, and communication workflows. Matches our direction around AI, workflow automation, and voice systems.

You’ll prototype and ship automations that reduce manual work in support and ops — prompts, workflows, integrations, and guardrails. Experience with LLM tooling and production-minded engineering is key.
